Neubauten in Bremen?

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Just curious: anyone going to be there for the show on the 22nd? My wife and I get to Bremen on 18th November. We plan to do tourist stuff and (alas) work a bit before the show.

The most successful tyranny is not the one that uses force to assure uniformity but the one that removes the awareness of other possibilities, that makes it seem inconceivable that other ways are viable, that removes the sense that there is an outside.

Well, hell. That was unbelievable.

Possibly the best band I’ve ever seen live (one exception: Leonard Cohen).

Also, this is a beautiful city, full of very nice people.

Cool! They really are a class act, still :notworthy: :notworthy:

Was it the Lament set or a more 'regular' setlist, if the latter is at all possible in Neubauten's world... ?

It was focused on the recent “Greatest Hits collection. It really was fantastic, and we had surprisingly good seats. Really glad I finally got to see them - definitely worth the trip!

hehe, the greatest hits set indeed ;D
Last time I've seen them do it was last year at a jazz festival in Ghent. They stood out as being something completely unique, but also fitted in perfectly.
