Best of Heartland Compilation Tape 2019

Another couple of recovery days spent reading Heartland posts...some great stuff here and some dreadful opinions and thoughts...wanna hear my 'best of'?
Top of the list has to be all the denials of any bad sound to the guy who was grumbling about the bad sound. Which was concluded with an interview with Eldritch saying the bad sound is his own fault for having a bad voice. hahahah...loved that one.
Then there was the guy wanting to get rid of his Mish bootleg cos he keeps trying to like 'em but they're crap...howl, that was ace....it's the hats my friend..forget the records.
Still on the mish a Heartlander told us of a m*****n facebook post with someone making snow angels out of Wayne's guitar work (which it has to be said is ...it just is...k? Just the best guitar slinger in Brazil) for one poster to respond 'yeah but just don't write any more lyrics'...yaaaay! Loved it.
One that almost got me writing was again some not listening folk responding to a guy who said 'who's in the band is not important outside of the hardcore fanbase' and that was read as if he was saying that the others in the band are not important. Jeeeeeez....Go see Leonard Cohen...did you go for the bandurria player? No? Is the bandurria player important? Yes. Was he important to you? Not that you noticed. Would it have been a crap gig if he wasn't there? No! You went to see Leonard...That guy wasn't slagging off Chris or the new Ozzy guy ...just saying that they are not important to most folk who go and see the legend, the name, the hits, the image. Yeah that one bugged me...
Anyway I think I'm getting a better feel for the place than I have in the past..you're a weird bunch
