Damn right we have not to mention normal (ie non-triple) captains also deciding they've had enough by half-time (cheers Vardy). My last triple-captain was raheem golden-bollox sterling, who thoughtfully didn't get injured but did, thanks to the magical powers of the TC card, muster 3 points.
