hello fellas, i was wondering if anyone knew where this is from?

uhh i tried looking up and no luck... figure it's from the 2000s cuz 's voice sounds a lot less umm.. grumbly but i'm not sure which concert or anything.
the user seems to be almost exclusively in the business of uploading ultravox material but they've had a few sisters videos.. hmm
sorry if this is a dumb or redundant question, i'm not on here too often so i'm not sure if this has been talked about before or even if it's legit hooo...

It's not the Sisters. It's one of those rip-off bands from the late 90's/early 2000's.

The uploader has something of a habit of posting and reposting this stuff, and deleting comments advising people that it's not the Sisters.
