A live DVD was one of those projects in the late 1990s or early 2000s that was supposed to happen but never did. For certain values of "supposed", I guess.

annoyingly we know that all the myriad recordings for a live DVD exist and its just a case of compiling it. actually i am sure its more complicated than that that but you know what i mean.

Von must have all sorts of things that never materialized. Including Sabine's living room in 1992 where they debuted Comfortably Numb.
