GW6 - Deadline Saturday 3rd September 11.00
Posted: 01 Sep 2022, 20:45
GW5 not quite finished yet, and transfer deadline day is racing ahead with some interesting buys and sales. Wolves will have no one left soon. Aubameyang back, Batshuayi to Forest who have bought everyone, Willian also making a PL return... all quite exciting. There could be a big showing of the new boys this GW, so keep an eye out for future FPL trading. Fixtures, just for one mostly on a Saturday:
Saturday 3 September 2022
Everton 12:30 Liverpool Everton might fancy their chances in this one, but they're rockier than Liverpool and injuries abound. Liverpool have just signed Arthur.
UK - BT Sport
Brentford 15:00 Leeds Dan James on his way from Leeds, who have not had a good time lately. Brentford quite steady.
Chelsea 15:00 West Ham I think this one could be quite tight. And maybe a bit fraught.
Newcastle 15:00 Crystal Palace This could be the game of the GW. Both are going great guns right now.
Nott'm Forest 15:00 Bournemouth Both have taken a battering in the last few days and perhaps would like a less frenetic game to reset. May not get their wish.
Spurs 15:00 Fulham Spurs, though doing well, don't seem to have the spark. Son and Kane aren't connecting. Can Fulham undo them?
Wolves 15:00 Southampton Do Wolves have enough olayers to put out?
Aston Villa 17:30 Man City Anyone betting against City at the minute must be bonkers. I mean, they subbed Haaland for De Bruyne.
UK - Sky Sports
Sunday 4 September 2022
Brighton 14:00 Leicester Leicester are needing a bit of a miracle. They're in a bit of a whole. Brighton, not so bad but they still need to win.
UK - Sky Sports
Man Utd 16:30 Arsenal Hmm. Utd make a deadline day record signing for Antony at £82 million, but do they have time to organise against an impressive Arsenal?
UK - Sky Sports
Look to your injuries, but don't go mad before we see where it all goes! Good luck xx
