I have to admit that I hate Las Vegas. It's like a shopping mall built by meth addicts. I've been two or three times, against my better judgment, and will be quite happy to never set foot in that town again.

I agree - I've been a couple of times and the potential for fun is limited. I can see it might be fun if you got a posse together - meet up there, have a few jars, go to the gig, go find a nice bar afterwards, reminisce, and go home - but otherwise the upside to seeing the ladies is almost entirely countered by the downside of having to go to Vegas to do so.

Yeah, I've always gone with my soon-to-be ex, but even then, it's just not my scene (though I did enjoy seeing Penn and Teller perform). I find casinos to be kind of sad and depressing places. I'm not morally opposed to gambling, either (though I've never enjoyed it for more than about 10 minutes) - it's an aesthetic thing more than anything else.

I booked a flight and bought a ticket- staying at the Linq. Super stealth m*****n, I'll be in Vegas like 28 hours.
