That's Dan Higgs. He's in a band called Lungfish. He twists his face and makes claws with his hands when he sings. One time I saw him spin around on stage until he fell over, and I've heard that he sometimes tries to climb walls like Spider-man. As far as I know, he's never killed anyone.
