I hope I'm not double posting, but I haven't found a topic on this yet.

How about collecting books/movies/plays/poems... that have been influenced by and/or cite them? I'm not talking about biographies or fanzine collections, but works of fiction.

One example would be this book: "Rauhnächte" by Christa Schmidt . The protagonist at one point dances to "Vision Thing" (the book is in Germann though).

Another example is "Wölfe vor der Stadt" by Ulrike Serowy (also in German). It includes an excerpt from Flood I.

Do you know more?

Anyway i suggest a search around, there is a big stash for such info in here, even which commercials in which country have Sisters music in them

Ben's there doing that, but this chap has a play on in Düsseldorf, Rainald Goetz, and in one of his earlier books, Hirn I think it is, he includes a Merciful Release ad, from around '84 I think - sorry my books are in storage so I cannot access it.
his newest book, though, I have here, Johann Holtrop, and it is good. that's the one the play is based on. and him reading his own stuff is probably better than most actors
