when creating accounts it can be very tempting to be lazy and use FB rather than registering with username & password. however since my last "Lee Whizzkid" account got blocked i have not only lost the related inta account but also -i just discoverd- an image hosting account. with fucking thousands of images now lost.

EDIT: ha! clever old me must of pre-empted the above happening and made it an independent account as its there as "eastmidswhizzkid"! however the warning is valid.
