Duncan Kilburn Interview

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

Ahh Mark your writing is spot on. Excellent work as always, and thanks for the heads-up to your article. With extra acknowledgement to the fact that indeed by Nottingham and Manchester the word regarding who the fk is that guy? was indeed out ... because you'd put it there. Or here, at any rate. We were stood slapbang in front of Duncan at Rock City, a particularly special moment simply for the power of the skronk as anything else, but had you not said so on here the night before, we'd still have been wondering just who the etc. His little turn in the two gigs we saw him play were diamonds in a vast sea of jewels from 30-odd years of gigs on my part. As you say elsewhere, the here and now is in fact more interesting than the there and then, these days.
