Noted all the excellent ideas for intro music in the 'Ideal setlist' thread.
What do you think was the best intro music for past Sisters gigs?
My fave is 'Kashmir' which, I think, happened for the Black October '84 gigs- though I'm prepared to be corrected on this.
I remember 'Kashmir' was great for building up a general feeling of suspense and excitement, though at the time I didn't know what it was.
Any thoughts?

Spacetime was pretty good, in fact they're all pretty good except for Fly and Collision. But Afterhours tops it for me. Oh yes.

Phantom would be cool. The ideal candidate.

My 11-year-old daughter, now at 'big' school, asked me to make a complilation tape of 'daddy's weird instrumental pop songs' as part of her dance class homework project. Then she would pick one, work out a routine and perform it at her next class.
After much deliberation she finally chose one. Said it was the mixture of 'red indian drums and cowboy guitars' that attracted her to it. So, now all the 11/12 year old kiddies in her class, are getting down to ...PHANTOM! Must be TSOM in the genes.
Early demos of the 'dance' routine conjured up a mental image of Shania Twain, line-dancing, fcuked out of her head on acid, but I'm sure it will improve.

Afterhours into the Vision Thing era F&L&A always sounds good to me.

I really liked the twittering noises subsiding into Hawkwind's Hall Of The Mountain Grill at the start of the Philadelphia 97 boot.
