I'm kinda hoping that SA lose. The finger pointing that goes on in the press after the springboks lose a game is always much more entertaining than the game.

having had venison ATG, I would think a gazelle of any variety would be a damn fine feast IMO. There is absolutely no fat on deer meat, a springbok just wears a different coat.

The springbok is our national animal. Tastes pretty good too.

"spring" means "jump" and "bok" means "buck" in afrikaans.
