I think he's definitely receding at the sides. Quite a way, leaving a big widow's peak. I think he still has some upholstery at the front. I think he's also thinning at the crown. So not much to speak of in the hair department, really. I can't see him getting implants or getting cows to lick his head. My guess is, it's shavenvon from now on.

Mugabe, when you are short as I am, even Eldritch seems tall. In real life my guys have always been around 6 foot though.
