normally audio cd, obviously, but as i'd only rip a boot to mp3 for listening to on my pc anyway, it doesnt make any real difference to me...

The mp3 vs audio debate was really about how the audio cd's were sourced, meaning if it's an audio cd it's better that it's not mp3 sourced.

However if you're talking a cd full of mp3's (that's around 8 hours and 40 min @ 192kbps on a 700mb cd), then I prefer that. Audio cd's take up too much space - and I think those who actually have every gig as audio cd will know this! I don't, although I've been transferring some of my cassettes to mp3 cd, but keep getting sidetracked and never have the time to finish.

If we are talking weeding only , then i guess CDR is best but for the reason that if you want to trade in the future you are going to run in to problems if you are trying to use MP3 sourced gigs. However for listening at home i always use my MP3 walkman and have 100 or so gigs in mp3,so have no problem with that.

Didnt we have this MP3 argument a few months ago............. :innocent:
