Welcome Kerosene!
And now we await the magical 400th member.
Since I joined in July (#270) this place has gone from strength to strength so a big Whoo Hoo to QB & The Mods.
I sense this thread will develope into group hugness; 'How Heartland has changed my life ...'

All of us walk that particular wire.

You guys haven't figured out that casual surfing can be written off as "stress testing the network" or "checking our DNS is correct"?

To misquote someone once again:
There's no rake like a reformed puritan.

pah! if you actually
read what i posted you'll see that i never claimed that i don't surf at work. i was merely pointing out that to do so carries an inherent risk and one is hardly in a position to claim if one's employer decides to clamp down.
having said that, even if i had claimed otherwise, i have always reserved the right to contradict myself as and when the need arises...

I "knew" of a few of you lovely people from "Dominion" (Copywrite - AKA The Other Place) yet since the "Squirrel" incident I hardly post there anymore.
Be Warned - Some of the "Dominites" are NOT very nice people - unlike HERE where everybody is great!

I met EISB online...
But one bad apple does not necessarily spoil life so to speak. Real good true folk have nothing to worry over. I learned my lesson. And I can honestly say, I'd love to meet any HL member anytime I can. Cause I know your all the real deal and not some rat bastard..... ok I will stop with obscenities but you get my drift.
Hugs and kisses and lots of love coming toward HL..and no. its really only only the Chardonnay talking.....

Yes EVERYBODY is great here - I assume* you are NOT a member of Dominion?
*Never ASSUME because you make an ASS out of U and ME!
