Good for you!
I am currently job hunting but the problem I have is when they ask me if I want to ask anything, how do I ask if it will be ok for me to doss about on the internet when I get bored...! That was the one great advantage of my previous serfdom.
First visit to a Jobcentre in ten years yesterday...they have become even more unpleasant than they used to be. In those days it was sign here & go away; now you can't sign unless you find two jobs you would do on their vacancy list- which tend to be minimum wage night security, bring your own dog.
Highly motivating for me to find one myself! Which I guess it the idea...

That sounds familiar. As people on here may have noticed.

Thank you all. It sounds like a good job (at least, better than the old one, which isn't exactly difficult to achieve), and beyond that, I get two weeks off before I have to start!
