Can one of you clever people help me out with some accurate dates as to when the following appeared?
1. New MR head logo
2. Sisters logo in outline caslon (same time as above?)
3. New sisters logo (and font type?)
I'm guessing the changes came about with the start of tours because it sure as hell wasn't record releases.
Thanks in advance.

If you trawl through the UTRs on the Photo Gallery it has the unleashing of the "new" head somewhere in there. That should give you an accurate date.
IIRC the outline-Caslon Sisters logo was first used on "More"

The outline logo may go as far back as NTTC (can't remember right now), was definitely on This Corrosion, and was also (in red/white incarnation) on the original vinyl sleeve of FALAA.
I remember a Dominion thread about 98/99 ish discussing the changed head/star logo, so I'd guess it was round about then.

The outline logo first appeared on This Corrosion.

But, once upon a time (before the record company made a mess of it), FALAA used to look something like THIS:

The new logo appeared sometime before the DOT tour (on Ian's page). Think it was some kind of reference to the situation with E/W at the time. They started to use the Arial Condensed around the time of the Event Horizon tour (for the ads).

Sorry, off the ciggies and a little jumpy. Plus every now and then I like to have a little rant about how the record company have destroyed what was once a perfectly fine LP.

Hey, no problem. I agree with you about FALAA though, the artwork on the CD isn't as good as the original and it sounds like it was recorded in Von's bathroom.
