pads i wasn't

here's my thoughts, but i was wondering where it might go by itself :?

as adam would say subtle innuendo;

so ministry's so what.. is for me one of the most aggressive songs around and being quite naive, i had no idea until a friend told me, that an anal fuckfist was a sexual act, but it fits the song, why, it puzzles me? And why respect as the subtext

morning glory : even though i knew what it was, i never picked it up in the song until quiet recently.

are there many other songs, my ding-a-ling springs to mind..and as i think about it many other sweet songs, with subtle and not so subtle innuendo. What are they, and why are they there?

Am i exonerated now :?

please discuss, this could become alot more than a list of rude words, possibly a socio-political commentary, admittedly it may not have been started in the best way

Chic - "Freak Out"

Betty Boo - "Doin' the Doo"

are both 1960's references to "the act"

never knew that
Betty Boo - "Doin' the Doo"
well yeah, the shangri-las were pretty subversive, drugs, rape, promescuity the whole shebang~excuse my pun

but how did something as gross as anal fuckfist get into music? Surely a relatively new invention for the extreme porn industry.

was the first f**k, babies, a very affecting song when you're an angry young man. But now i now that her name really was pauline, she did sit in a tree, and she did shag anything that moved to get close to the band, it takes ona whole new and more sinister twist

Backseat Education..working up a sweat on the leatherette...Back Seat Education little girl your the teachers pet....Back Seat Baby be my Girl

springs to my mind as sex is the main subject of the majority of Zodiac's songs. 20,000 women anyone?

The Cramps - every song they've ever done eg. "Bend over I'll drive"

Into a circle / Getting the fear / Futon - again , practically everything they've done . " in and it goes in and it goes in and it goes in and in and in and .....aaaaaaaaaaah" (about having sex with more than two people)

actually BP, it's supposed to be a reference for hiring a girl for the cost of a flower . Do we believe him :innocent:

but i agree, von is one of the very best exponents of the innuendo.

i love the almost reverse personification of the line

"and her hallway moves" Pure genius :notworthy: :notworthy:

and even the line, f**k me and marry me young. I don't believe f**k is there to shock, but to portray the idea, that there's no love in this relationship, it's a purely mechanical act. her f**k me - sort of indicating she's selling her body to get on in life :?:

@ Biggy, the Cramps. how could i have overlooked them. Now they are subtle  :notworthy: :notworthy:

If you want subtle, how about,

Squeeze me baby, 'til the juice runs down my leg,
The way you squeeze my lemon
Makes me fall straight out of bed

The fact that he can write in a manner that's open to varying interpretations is what makes Von so wonderful. Most people don't have the talent to do it..hence you get the blatant I want to f**k you songs. Innuendo is far more appealing because it leaves it all to the imagination....if you're intelligent enough to actually *get* the innuendo.

*nods*

And I'm pretty sure that Von would prefer to f**k a girl that gets that his innuendoes* are saying "f**k me" ;D

*or is it innuendos?
