Hogan's Heroes ???

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Col. Robert Hogan - AKA actor Bob Crane:

".... Shot down over Germany in the early days of the American bombing offensive, Col. Hogan proved himself to be an able, though unorthodox, bomber commander. Though the TV series does not explain if Hogan's downing was intentional, we know that his unit is organized and under the command of Allied headquarters in London, where it commands considerable respect as a "problem solving" unit.... "

Bob Crane was born on the 13th of July, 1929, in Waterbury, Connecticut. He began his career as a disc-jockey on KNX 1070 radio in the 1960's. Prior to starring in Hogan's Heroes, he was a regular for one year on "The Donna Reed Show".

Crane was married to Sigrid Valdis, and they had a son. She cited on their divorce papers that Crane didn't want to take their son for treatment after the boy broke an arm, and that Crane spent alot of time watching porno movies, some of which he was in. He also liked playing the drums in bands at topless bars.

Crane's career was cut short when he was found murdered in a motel room on the 29th of June, 1978.

His face had nearly been beaten off by a crowbar or a movie tripod, and a video cable was found tied around his neck. Over 50 homemade porno movies were found in his hotel room, most of them starring him and women he worked with, including prostitutes.

Before his death, Crane was performing in a cheap play for about $300 a week at The Windmill Dinner Theater.

Known to be a womanizer, police investigators suspect that an associate of Crane's (John Carpenter) murdered him when Crane with-held his supply of females from Carpenter. The case against Carpenter was never strong enough to bring about a conviction, but the case was re-opened in the early 1990's based on DNA evidence.

Crane is buried at Oakwood Memorial Park in Chatsworth, California.
.... there is no semblance of rock 'n roll around here!
