I'm guessing that means no-one's very impressed.

I got mine in a trade for a Nosferatu CD, therefore I swaped something with a negative value for something with a positve value, far more impressive

I sold my copy about a year ago on ebay, and got a similar amount.

Does it often sell for more?

I don't know how much it usually goes for; I'd never thought to look for it on ebay. I've never seen one for sale in "the real world" so I dunno, I quite fancied a copy. *shrug* Go figure
