I've got a 7" single, a-side is "Red Skies Disappear" (that version that's a sort-of Marian with different lyrics set to the tune of First and last and always, and the b-side is Marian Instrumental. The cover has a picture of Eldritch holding a hand up, a finger touching his bottom lip. The record itself has white labels which are blank except for side a which says "Marian Demo".
I was told 2 stories.
1. The factory (somewhere in mainland Europe) was raided and almost all discs destroyed, so it's quite rare.
2. It was such a bad pressing that they were all destroyed, except for a few.
It is a very bad pressing, and although visually it doesn't look scratched it sounds pretty bad, also it doesn't sound like it's playing at a continuous speed, it sounds horrible.
Anyone have any info about this record?
