There's instructions on the page how to save it as a JPG. You can then host the JPG and link it here.
If you haven't got webspace I'm sure someone will host it for you.
NB I'm not hosting hundreds of them, but I'll reactivate the e-mail link on my profile for "submissions"

2. Open Windows Paint (or any other paint program)
3. Click on Edit > Paste (or press Ctrl+V). It will (probably) ask you if you want to expand the picture size. Click Yes.
4. Save as a JPG file (Save as... > save as type:)
5. E-mail the JPG to me and I'll crop extra bits off and host it for you.

Gateway Timeout
The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server.
