give it a reboot. sometimes it can get a bit screwed and a reboot usually sorts it out :)

have you just installed anything?

Nah, you're just missing a few fonts, or they've gone baaaaad on you. Do a search for tweakui - it has options to repair your fonts folder, and all should be fine.

If it is a font problem check with Derek R as he's gonna be living in a church. Boom boom.

No shame.

Anyway, back on topic. You should be able to find it either in the Control Panel or somewhere in the Start Menu, then just run it and look for a tab or option marked "Repair". Should look something like this:

Virus scan and check for nastys. Then run Adaware 6 and check for spyware.

Make sure that you use the settings suggested by lavasoft (which offers AdAware) and do a customized search. The standard quick search may not get everything.

Good luck.
