Should we? Or would that just be
too sad?

You might as well at least get the estate agent to show you around. You never know, you might like it.

I'll let everyone know if we're moving in.

Update from mrs fiend:
No go on Village Place - according to the Headingley Branch, [of the estate agents] students have a habit of sticking up signs for a laugh on their rented properties.
Was good while it lasted

Explanatory note for
RS and others, and ignoring Bag End references...
7 Village Place, Leeds is the address on the lyric sheet that came with (original copies rather than re-releases of) the Reptile House E.P.

If the sign had been genuine, I could have been living next-door-but-one to Von's old house.

Its for the best really. You'd have needed to start carrying an iron bar around if you'd moved in there.

I've just realised that I've given a pretty good map to my house for anyone that's "weeded" to me
Caution: We have a dog and we're not afraid to use him!

Emily...i missed this earlier...
whats wrong with Villiers Terrace?...
I’ve been up to villiers terrace
To see what’s a-happening
There’s people rolling ’round on the carpet
Mixing up the medicine
I’ve been up to villiers terrace
I saw what’s a-happening
People rolling ’round on the carpet
Biting wool and pulling string
You said people rolled on carpet
But I never thought they’d do those things
I’ve been up to villiers terrace
I’ve been in a daze for days
I drank some of the medici-i-i-ine
And I didn’t like the taste
I’ve been up to villiers terrace
I’ve been in a daze for days
People rolling ’round on your carpet
Biting wool and pulling string
You said people rolled on carpet
But I never thought they’d do those things
Been up to villiers terrace
To see what’s a-happening
People rolling ’round on the carpet
Passing ’round the medicine
Been up to villiers terrace
I saw what’s a-happening
There’s people rolling ’round on my carpet
Biting wool and pulling string
You said people rolled on carpet, boys
But I never thought they’d do those things
Bopsie waddy waddy
Shake your money
(been down to villiers terrace.
Bopsie waddy waddy
Shake your money
(been down to villiers terrace)...
Bopsie waddy waddy
Shake your money
(been down to villiers terrace)...
Bopsie waddy waddy
Save your money
(been down to villiers terrace)...
