EBAY - suggestions, please...

Hey mates,
could you give me advice?
I won an eBay auction this Monday.
Before bidding I had asked did the seller accept payment as cash (because PayPal doesn't work here). He answered "UK pounds OK".
After the end of the auction I got his message:

Message from XXXX

For more information on my postage, insurance and other policies, or if you would like to pay for this item with a method other than PayPal, please see the item listing for details.

Thank you,

XXXX XXXX (his name)

I checked the details again and noticed there were 2 ways of payment: PayPal (which - as I had warned him - doesn't work here) and Western Union Auction Payments which I tried to use. But I still couldn't complete it without the seller's address. Which I don't know because he hadn't answered to any of my e-mails (I have sent at least 2 e-mails every day since the end of the auction - via eBay and directly).
It's very hard to meet his demand:
ALL AUCTIONS MUST BE PAID FOR WITHIN 7 DAYS WITHIN UK OR 10 DAYS REST OF WORLD! :urff:
What do you suggest me to do, good friends :?:
(Until today my I've got 100 % positive feedback myself...)
