I have a flexi they did with Wild Horses on it. Think it was a fan club only release. Is this rare?

We've got two copies of that.
Crazy Horses was later released on a recent live album, but I'd guess the flexi is rare

Book is good although my copy has suffered due to Little Lordy dunking it in the bath !
