Just wondered if anyone was going to any of the dates on Julian Cope's October lecture/book signing tour?
full list here

specifically, the one on the evening of wednesday 27th October, at the Manchester Waterstones, where you will get to meet not one but TWO living legends, since I currently work there, and will definately be in attendance, front row centre.
Keep on rockin'

I can't believe you guys are comparing an artist like Cope to a fantastic group like Spinal Tap. Is nothing sacred around here?

I really wanna watch 'This is Spinal Tap' again now.
Grrr. I hate having to work for a living.
stupid lack of anarchy in the UK.
Speaking of work, I'd better stop arsing around on this forum before I get the sack (I'm on the PC behind a desk at Waterstones, and As I write there is a grumpy-looking customer glaring at me as he waits to pay for some Nigella Lawson book).
Adios!

They're all too far for a school night which is a bloody annoyance! But the book's on order - infact I oh so nearly got the copy he was brandishing at his Northampton gig, I sent a mate to tell Doggen to get it but then we were forcibly removed from the venue and told to bugger off home

Actually got two books on order - a kind of birthday bloomer. I mean I never thought in a million years Gaz would take the hint, so got Sistah Debaser to order one
