Given enough cash, the drugs and hookers will follow

What we are really trying to say, is, we have as much knowledge of the whereabouts of our Glorious Leader as you, FLW
The best shot is to ask Quiffy, our Holy Prophet (may his Hairdo of Yore never be seen again by Mankind), and Direct Underling of the Revered Holiness Marx.
He might provide you with Von's current addres and telephone number.

yep i missed out. i spent my whole teenage years in new wave clubs in florida... from about 1985-1990... that whole thing ended up with me in the dj booth.... then acid house happend.... house...... rave... (ugh) ... my 20s were spent in a dj booth 3-5 times a week playing everything from downtempo lounge to progressive house and breakbeat. i also owned a dance record shop.... it wasnt until about 2 years ago i became totally bored with the sound... so i started listening to sisters, the cult, the cure, cocteau twins, my bloody valetine, skinny, puppy, new order and depche mode once again..... oh no midlife crisis i guess.... but now jay blaq is back in black listening to all the old favorites and still making electronic music to put food on the table

You know, when I saw that thread name -- playing Las Vegas -- I imagined Von in Presley gear, circa fat elvis era, surrounded by showgirls and with a big orchestra. He could probably croon 1959 ('living as an angel in the place where I was born... shooby dooby do wah wah, be good to your parents, folks -- they've been pretty good to you!'), but I'm not sure about this corrosion.
Maybe they could do a big Temple set for ToL?
Is it time for my walk yet nurse?

That reminds me, the version recorded by Lambchop and released as a bonus track on 'Is a Woman' is a laidback country-like version. I think it's great, certainly better than that ghastly Extremo take, although that's somewhat redeemed by the bagpipes -- but then what rock song isn't?
