my usual tipple is Guinness :D or real scrumpy :D but tonight for the first time, I've got some organic Perry  basically it's cider but made from pears

I think I've gone blind     it's amazing stuff :D

My mate dropped 2 barrells off scrumpy for me and also a couple bottles of this perry, which in his words where "it be gawd stuff" well he's from Bristol

Anybody tried this stuff?

I went to college (many years ago) in Dartington in Devon. The scrumpy down there was lethal (same as Somerset). Can't touch the stuff these days - too many nights spent drinking it.

I've had Perry before as well, but not too keen on the taste.

the forum has different themes in different colours, dark text is really hard to read on a dark background.

I used to be partial to a pint or two of Cripple Cock scrumpy cider before I turned veggie (apparently there's dead "things" in it!) :urff:

I missed this 'ere party :|
So tonight, I think I will settle down with whatever happens to come across the table and land in front of me, considering I didn't get pissed at all last weekend and I was at TWO parties... someting wrong with that picture.

So cheers, here's to a thoroughly imbibing, all fall down, weekend.
