Got it yesterday, been playing it all this afternoon.

f**king beautiful looking game. Kicks Doom III's arse.

Not yet.... but a soon! I forgot it was Tuesday to be honest!!!!

Still recovering after Doom 3 too!

yes ya do.
you even need a dvd player and a internet connection.
(the game is on dvd and you NEED to register before you can play)
as I have been told...
with the new source connection (Game < --- > Server) they can upgrade your game while playing it. making sure you you can't hack it.

It's run fine with me even without a state of the art machine, got through to the Ravenscrag (or whatever spelling) stage so far....Gravity Gun is superb!....have had no problems as downloaded via Steam.

I agree it makes Doom 3 look like an amateur outing.

They are Antlions. you'll learn to love them.

I just installed it yesterday evening. it does look very pretty so far.

There's already a patch released.

And multi player has just come out too....

for the the last 40 minutes I've been able to connect to my Steam account so I can't play the game. I hate stuff like that
