i was looking at the publishing credits on some merciful releases & noticed that 'candlemaesse ltd' appears on the falaa lp in 1985.
it then changes over time to eldritch boulevard ltd ( which changed its name to the sisters of mercy limited in 2002).
anyone familiar with the candlemaesse? - apparently a highly elaborate ceremony of great beauty in a work of fiction known as "the mandrake saga".
try this (via a google search);
