I think you'll find it's in Am, not Em (you can usually apply that premise to 99% of Sisters songs), so:

a a a a | a a a a | a a a a | a a a a |
c c c c | f e | d d d d | f e |

Dear god, anyone who needs to ask how to play the Lucretia bass line shouldn't be playing guitar...

Most Sisters songs are in A or B as Lazarus says, except FALAA which seems to be in D.

Some songs are at slightly different pitches but work out the notes then apply them to fitting in with the easiest way of playing them. For example Possession is in A flat on the record but is actually played in A, Nine While Nine is in D flat on record, but is played in D.

obviously, the only important thing is that one holds the bass low enough.

And Alice is STILL not transcribed correctly! I haven't found any site yet that has it correct.

but it does have a lot of stuff on there, and you do have to take it with a pinch of salt  it may not get you a gig with Paddy but will impress yer mates (non guitar type mates)

I have this "thing" that a guy built for me...he calls it a "modified wide-range 7 string fretless slide bass" ...the damn thing takes piano strings too....the sound is great but I dont like the idae of breaking a string if I play it like a normal bass
