It's described as a CDr, so obviously not an "official" release. The signature looks pretty good though, but I'm by no means an expert, and it's hard to tell on such a small image.
Tracklist looks to be as follows:
Giving Ground (RSV)
More
When You Don't See Me
You Could Be The One
Long Train
Emma
Sandstorm
Untitled
Bury Me Deep
Blood Money
On The Wire
Poison Door
Afterhours
Train
I'd guess it was put together from someone's vinyl collection.

the "autograph" looks genuine, but i would guarantee its a scan printed out as part of the artwork.
like mf says, someone's vinyl tranferred to cd. its basically the same stuff as the "some boys wander..." bootleg, with the addition of the sisterhood single.

it looks like:
" more (1993) "
might this be the groove or power mix ?

The signature confused me,
i haven t been able to reach the guy yet to ask
more about this gem, wouldn t be suprised if he
made it himself
on the other hand it dosen t look that bad either

If this is the the guy I think it is, he usually has some pretty good Sisters stuff. He has a few different Ebay personas. I've bought some stuff off him in the past and it was all ok.
Groove mix or Power mix? Hope it's the radio edit because it's shorter! Not a great version at all.

Heres a little more info on this, it is a FAKE a bloody good fake though. A few things that give it away. On the CD inner it says 74 min showing it is a standard CDR it also says "Made in Mexico" a little odd for a USA promo, the matrix number is unusual in that it is PRCD 1236 whereas all SISTERS USA promo matrix with the exception of TOUR THING have a matrix like this PRCD8253-2 (which is MORE) the CD does not have this matrix on the inner of the CDR it just has loads of numbers nor relating to the fake matrix number. The Giving Ground version is NOT 1984 as stated above but 1994. I agree that the seller is very good has sold some excellent items in the past and no doubt has some more that will be sold in the future, but i believe we will be seeing more of this item (maybe minus signature) the same way the Mexican Pic disc suddenly appeared on the market and that was a very good fake too!

But there are few people who will pay US$35,00 (current bid) for this (fake) CD-R. I don't understand?
My question: For a real collector means a cd-r nothing? I'm I wrong?

I had heard on the net that this seller in the past had commisioned some fakes Sisters test pressings 12 inch with proof sleeves ect, all fakes done by a pressing plant. somebody knew more ?

Some people pay silly money for
anything Sisters-related (See various "e-bay madness" threads in this here forum) and don't seem to care whether they're fake, bootleg, CD-R, whatever.
The obvious thing with CD-Rs is that anyone with a halfway-decent computer, CD burner and printer can make as many of them as they like; (inlays as well) then sell them on e-bay as a kind of cottage industry.

Are you trying to discredit my copy of TOL 12" WLTP Mayking! sorry to dissappoint but it is 100% genuine in every sense, matrix run off tracks, times, labels are all genuine. The issue with CD's is that they are too easy to fake and this is just that, vinyl is far too complicated & expensive. I remember in the late 1980's meeting a very good b********r who could get 1000 vinyl copies of a recording onto the open market within a couple of weeks oddly enough these were pressed in Italy and not Greece. Italian law at the time was very lenient but that is another story for a cols winters night!
The Giving Ground track could indeed be live or it could be the sisterhood version funked up ALA Dr Funker, who knows. I for one shall not be shelling out a bean for this item.

I didn't know that you had it
as thinking that was unsold
At time, none of the biggest Ebay Sisters collectors bid on it so thinking that was unsold. I was surprised of this and so I was told that this guy had done some mayking label fake test pressing (also I remember that he offering on ebay most of the 12 inch mayking) that was impossible to spot the difference to the original, but sure will not be your case

I've seen his autograph on used packets of Marlboro so a dodgy CD is not surprising!!

Still i think a Marlboro packet makes more sense to him than a cd-r.
