They did. But 'cos they'd spent £11 Mil. of lotto money on it, they could hardly just tear it down. It was a Barfly veneue for a while (tiny place... saw HIM there when noone knew who they were)
various people tried to do things to it, and now it's about to become the new Hallam union (opening Valentines day so they tell me)
Leadmill road's been faffed with for a few months now. Summat to do with the station and that big empty building with the doorway full of tramps.
