I tried this already once with no luck, maybe this time i ll get luckier!
Did anyone record the David Thomas and the two pale boys set
on those two nights??

Nope, they were friggin' great though. The term "pearls before swine" came to mind along with: "a great band wasted on a load of whining ignorant goths with no sense of history or taste in music"
They're still knockin' about by the way, inbetween all too infrequent bouts of Pere Ubu activity, there's an Ubu/Thomas link somewhere on the Sisters site, but I can't bring the addy to mind, I'll have a look in a bit.

http://ubuprojex.net/ looks quite useful, and mentions some official Pale Boys live discs, doubt they'd be Sisters support shows though, what with all the grumbling and shuffling in the background.

The also helped out Frank Black on disk two of his Frank Black Francis release, with some mixed results.

I knew a band like that once.
In a land far away.
In a time long forgot.
When men were men.
And pansies were not.

I found them quit boring - nothing to write home about. Sorry
