""The Fall are on Jools Holland's show next week.
Mark E Smith is the only artist in the history
of the show to have a clause in his contract
inserted to state that Jools will not play
boogie-woogie piano over any of his songs."
From last week's popbitch.
I'd like to see Jools try
Anyway, it's on later tonight (see what I did there?)

MES keeps calling Robert Plant "c**t"
and is the reason why the BBC has said "this program contains VERY stong language".
Can't wait to see if they show it.

There should be a "y" at the end of the swear word...makes it more funny as you can imagine MES saying it.

Well some friends of mine went to see the Fall at the Forum last night.. not impressed were they... in fact one went as far as to say that Mark E Smith looked like a toothless alcoholic pensioner...
c**t didn't take stage till 11 and then only played 45 minutes...

Judging by how he looked on Jools Holland last night I'd consider that an accurate description

Band were tight. He was crap - as usual. Never forgot he sacked his whole band on stage at the Empire here in Belfast once. What he did to the keyboard player last night was rude and very inconsiderate. The man should stick to writing books.
