@ FFS Dave - For saturday. You were mugged but didn't take your chances.
@ Big Si -
You must now know how a Bayern Munich fan once felt.
Matey male-bonding hugs to you both.

Try as I might be to be grown up about it as a lifelong City fan it'll always be "anyone but United" for me. If a team can't actually score with that much possession then, ultimately, they don't deserve to win..
Roy Keane - ""We played quite well and had plenty of chances but it's about putting the ball in the back of the net and we didn't quite manage it," said the Irishman."
The guy is a psycho who should have gone to prison for his assault on Haaland but he's always honest and in this case he's 100% right.

I think the fact that his wife is rather poorly will make up his mind not to renew his contract and take a break to nurse her, rather than any footie interests.

I'm probably alone here in that I laughed heartily when I saw what happened to Celtic.
Nothing personal - I'd have laughed just as happily the other way round.
On a wider note, don't play-offs suck? If you finish in the top three, go up. If you finish sixth, have the good grace to go away and not keep disrupting my weekends for another month.

No Canon. It was merely a reference to ending up potless by conceeding two goals at the death in a major game.
As the majority of people on here already know; I am a disciple of 'The Special One' (BBC1, 10.35, Tonight).

Oh, oh.
Should have done more research before adressing my word to mighty Loki.
*Walks off for checking "General Chat" pages No 27-76 again.*

Why? Did the QB swapping bodily fluids scare you?
It'll certainly scare him.

Sack your researchers. 24, 43 and part of 51ish. Oh, and the cheap comment on 63.
