There goes my chance at legally trying hallucinogenics.
I think making Mushrooms a class-A drug is extremely stupid.

most of the "classifications" are misrepresentative of the drug in question...so,yeah youre right.
to be honest i'm surprised it's taken them that long to criminalise mushrooms.they did try with the "preparation" law years ago...and they even tried to make it illegal to pick them under a consevation law, claiming that they were an endagered species!
anyway, its more fun when drugs are illegal (joke)

How can you ban something that grows naturally? What are they going to do, go round every damp shaded grassy area that gets heavy fertilisation from sheep and/or cow dung and spray with fungicides?

I'm not a girl, although flattered by the association- I'm probably old enough to be your mother - no I'm NOT
and like I've already thrown out there - I come from a world of honesty so a simple Yes
about the flyer.
For the young and innocent roaming here - A'dam is really the place where everything goes and everything can and then I know the underground scenes in this world

They only ban things because they realise they are loosing out on the financial side. The more they ban things the more people find a way to grow it at home anyway. Why do you think Holland is the best thing since the creation
In most countries worldwide people do all the illegal things and 8 out of 10 times they know about it and the profits get transferred to off-shore accounts....for your info.
Anyway getting high can also come from what you grow in your garden says she who waters and talks to her plants in the full moon and of course before tongues start wagging .....naked

i imagine that the law has been brought in because of the increasing availability of the mexican mushrooms of the sort you buy in the 'dam.the bloke on the "pipes, skins and bongs" stall on corby market used to legally sell them ,and grow-kits.he was ordered to stop selling them by the police, via the council, via the market inspector before this law made them illegal.wild shroom picking in this country probably wasnt the foremost target.i've never picked them when theres police around anyway
