i fully expect this to sink without trace or be completely de-railed within half a dozen posts but nothing venture, nothing gained...

the mighty detonation boulevard fc have once again entered the original fantasy league classic. their pursuit for glory and riches is likely to end, as in every previous campiagn, in heroic and valiant failure. in an effort to provide some solace, manager richeyjames hereby throws down the gauntlet to any and all interested residents of this place to join him in entering a team and joining the heartland premier division in a quest for the respect and admiration of your peers. and bragging rights from may until august next year.

i know some of you share my love of the beautiful game so hopefully this post won't be entirely in vain...

I think you're onto something there Tim. I've noticed some posts from RJ appearing in the drivel fest threads and god forbid I swear I even saw him crack a joke!

I'll cancel my fantasy football registration and instead donate my Â£10 to the 'Keep Richey Kidnapped' fund.

Log-in and go to My Team (with all players on the lush green field of dreams). On the left you should see F&E league. Click on that and use the pin I PM'd you. You will be 'pending' until Mr RJ confirms you.

Okay, I am now officially pending, and look forward to being fully pended in due course. I have four of my first 11 in common with Richey, and a remarkable six in common with Johnny's (which looks very good). Is there ANYONE who isn't going to pick Cech this season? Cor, I'm quite excited now. I might need to go and sit down with a hot chocolate.
