He he. I like Ataraxia myself.
Let them rest, i know in a few hours, we, the not worthy (read poor, at least in my case) will have a full and complete review of everything.

I was there in Mera Luna, together with Vision.

Only saw half of the gig (starting with Will I Dream, that is), coz I really wanted to see Suicide Commando (they were great, btw).

Andrew seemed very relaxed, constantly talking to the crowd, and missing almost half of his lyrics due to his playfulness (is that a word?). Songs were the same as Bex and St Vith, I guess, only shuffled around a bit.

Best moment of the gig: after all the encores, Andrew coming back on stage alone, declaring "I always wanted to do this", and throwing his mike stand in the crowd.

Very peculiar, actually. He seems to like a german crowd better than any others...

Or he forgot to take his mopey-pills and took the perky-pills instead...

Cheerz,

IZZY.

Here’s my M’era Luna review

In the immortal words of an old friend of mine “ However brief your trip away from home, always take a change of trousers in case you s**t yourself. It’s always stuck. It’s also handy to have a spare if you get drenched and caked in mud.( My new white blouse is ruined, I’m disgusted! )
When I arrived VHN (whatever) were just starting their set with the bars of their opening number causing a roar of recognition. I thought this sounds ok,you know sort of techno for poofs. Then they started their second number, more roar of recognition - I thought, how can they tell the diff’ ? When the band left the stage the singer said “ if you’re going to see Blah Blah( insert name of band playing in the next field/ tent) hope you enjoy, if you’re staying here hope you enjoy the puppet show. That sounded a bit rude so I’ve gone off them completely whoever they were.
Was Eldritch in a good mood ? I don’t know, I haven’t been to enough gigs to know what his moods are but he sounded terrible. He was out of tune at times and he couldn’t hold a note for more than 3 seconds. The last gig I went to was the Astoria and he didn’t seem to have any such problems . Let’s hope it’s nothing more serious than he’s just a bit under the weather as opposed to he’s a walking petrie dish of carcinogens ( all that smoking, I do worry). He looked good though. The bleached hair is pants but the demeanour was sexy and the treads were cool. The band were great and then I left. Does anyone know what he meant when he said after the second or third song “I’ve got a surprise for you “? He didn’t spontaneously combust and he didn’t get his dick out so it’s probably something a trainspotter would know.
Aren’t Goffs the pits. They’re so hostile. It’s like - F@*k Off you preening git. Having said that I want to say Hi to the two normally dressed English blokes who were there to see the Sisters and who tried to make friendly conversation with me. You were both really sweet and drunk ( there’s the rub, no beer for me because that leads to a chemical toilet. I don’t do chemical toilets ) Sorry if I seemed offish. I hope you both had a warm and dry place for the night.
My next Sisters adventure is going to be when they next play in Hamburg. (I like Hamburg. ) Whenever that may be. I wont be doing a festival again. I hate festivals. I knew that already what was I thinking.

@ Quiff
I don't know why It makes a link when I type F@*k. I couldn't make a link if I tried. Any ideas ?
Either I'm going to have to write The Fk word proper or I'll have to stop swearing.

Odd. I've seen him do the same on two separate occasions. First time the second night at the Forum in '98 and more recently at York Vanbrugh 16/02/01.
That time was more a fit of temper after tripping over it!

At least I'm fairly certain they both happened!
Anyone?

Hi for everyone!
(I'm a newcomer here).
What can I say about M'era Luna?
I have dreamed for many years about seeing Sisters alive and this was the first time for me.
I was afraid that it would be a disappointment
but I was totally satisfied...
Well, I don't talk about pneumonia
my wife got as a result of this festival
and the disease I got myself in rainy Germany...

I finally got it together today to clean the M'era Luna crud off my docs. It's official , I'm a slut.
And I got my gig pix back. They're crap. I knew they would be that's why I only took 4. In every frame wherever I am in the field there's this bloke with straggly black hair wearing a blue plastic bag. It's like he's following me.
I'm delighted of course you're no one in this town unless you've got a stalker.

Well, I was in M'Era Luna and I have black hair, too
But I don't remember blue plastic bag...
And one thing I'm sure about:
I didn't follow you...
I was there with my wife.
Maybe it was a friend of mine?
He has also black hair...
Could you show these pics?
