Sorry due to hectic schedule....Lowlands week-end..enough said.
On Sat. 3 Sep. it is a *new moon*.....on this tread will show you what I know using me as *subject*....a spell of the very natural kind and that comes from the heart...can not and will not hurt or harm anyone.....just for HL...because this can be done.

Saturday, 3 September 2005....getting prepared for a little something coming up later. If you can see the moon where-ever you are on this planet....have a gaze at it and feel her warmth and allow her power to engulf you for a few minutes, while clearing your mind. Breathe in fresh air through your nose and out your mouth again...use deep breathes and hold the air in your lungs until you can not anymore and out slowly through your mouth. Don't get dizzy though....
