this cd often pops up on ebay, and I don't think it sells for more than 5-10 euros generally

I've only heard of the record, it was reviewed in a swedish magazine around 1992 and have been curious ever since.

That's because it's the This Corrosion 12" cover.
The seller has clearly mixed things up a bit.
