Who'd have thought it???

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

A band, big in the 80s, clad mostly in black, associated with goths although this often troubled the singer, massive cult following, the odd live date here and there....and most importantly

Haud yer horses ems, it's not out til 19th September. I paid a stupidly high price to get it from HMV Japan in 3 days

Worth every penny. Currently halfway through an immediate second play, right after the first, and I never do that with a new CD

Been "aware" of the Bunnymen forever, but I first heard them in the late 90's arse-end of Britpop where Noel Gallagher was saying they were cool, so I gave them a miss.Only got into them recently. 8)

And I knew the words to every song.
