if by "possible" you mean "allowed"? certainly. use what you want for an avatar (i assume you mean the sisters stuff and NOT photos of tim sinister?

as for how? well you can download the image itself using the button/link just underneath the large image. after that its entirely up to you to crop & upload it etc

Can you believe that some non-geek idiot has gone into the gallery to edit some text after a pic had been uploaded and appears to have broken it ...

I have PMd God and admitted my sin.

And before some of you start with your bug reports about email notification of a 'phantom' PM arrival, there's no need.

I spotted someone online I knew so PMd them to check access to the gallery. They promptly logged-off so I deleted the PM. As with the next person. And the next.

Yes, that includes you Mrs Snowey, Boudicca and Motz.

Thank you to Mr Laz Corp for not logging-off upon receipt of a PM from me

and then confirming that I have really broken it ...
