The adverts on TV for ring tones feature "musicians" you have never heard of...

You barely see the need for a mobile phone itself... watching people in the supermarket relaying to their husband or wife what different kinds of fizzy pop are available on the shelves..."Does no-one remember the days where people could wait 'til they got home to make a bloody phone call?"

You find yourself genuinely shocked and getting all Mary-Whitehouse-esque when you see how little the performers on Top Of The Pops wear these days...
