I was just wondering if anyone can help me. I am looking for this one song called "You Could Be The One" that was brought out on LP and was on the b-side of the LP. Have the lyrics to this song but do not own it and would like too. Is there anyone wanting to help me please?
Do not even know the LP's name but I am sure the title to the song might ring a bell. Please and thank-you....any information also welcome...

LP?
It's on the More single if you mean the Sisters' song. Also on Some Boys Wander By Mistake and Temple Of Rarities 2.
PM me and we will work something out if you want it and can't get it.

Thank-you for the tips..."More" will not forget the title...
As for the lyrics....I thought it had something more to do with Mr. E wanting to get laid but the babbling of a woman.....
...
Cheers anyway - learning day by day.

More is s**t. YCBTO, however, isn't.
One of the better VT-era songs.

I just want to thank
Ozpat for his efforts in sending me
More and
You could be the one.
After listening to the energy from SOM I personally think that the Vision Thing era will always hold a special place in my heart until the day I die.
This has made my day today so thanks.

Shudder. It just goes to show you that opinions vary. The best thing about YCBTO is that is was not included on
Vision Thing, but was relegated to a b-side.
More (except for the final sondonic three seconds) on the other hand was an excellent first single of the the album.

Opinions vary alright. My opinions:
FALAA was pretty awful at times, overall sounding too samey. The demo versions of ARAAHP and NTTC for instance were infinitely better.
Floodland has two (three if you count Torch) songs worth listening to.
Vision Thing has every single track (remixed, extended or live) released on a single. Even the crap ones.
Bite me.

I think Mr. fiend and myself were the first two brave souls to put their heads above the parapet re. YCBTO

We can sleep though this lesson, I believe.
Fortunately our taste in music often agrees, as our mail carriers know too well by now. (You do not know yet about my PG collection, alas, much outdated now.)

personally, i don't like comedy records...but this is just funny; there's a difference. it's probably the most "obvious" p*ss-take lyric he's written; and it's a good tune IMO.

Wake up, James. You are dreaming.
The man gets around.
Chuckled to myself at a headline in today's Metro:
"Page 3 girl party ends in stabbing"
Thought of Blast immediately.

I do like comedy records, and
YCBTO is funny but I don't thinks it's that good - not by Sisters standards anyway. I'm sure Eldritch had a laugh writing the lyrics and they are entertaining but the guitar work does nothing for me whatsoever. I'm not a fan of
More either - it was too dominated by Steinman's influence for my liking. The best song of the VT era is most defiitely
Ribbons.

More fits perfectly in with the other songs on VT. I agree with Martin that it was a good first single of the record. YCBTO is not one of my favorites but a good and indeed "funny" B side.
Ribbons, I agree Andrew, is one of the best Sisters' songs ever in my opinion.
After buying VT and listening to it I had to get used to it (compared with FALAA and the older stuff) but I think it's a great record.
Can't wait for the next one to arrive....though I have to I'm affraid

Like Andrew I think Ribbons is the best song of that era and also I most certainly like More, it's like an explosion, great...
The Vision Thing album is really weird, it sounds like the least complicated of their albums, and at first I didn't like it because of that, but it's only after a while, when you get to listen to it more and more, you get to like it and see the depths of it... Perhaps thats just Von's genius
YCBTO, well, not particulary fond of it though every now and then I come to play it... There's a time for
every Sisters song after all
By the way, I always think the first line of YCBTO almost sounds like something in an oriental language
