I bother because I can... and also because Pratchett is a genious who deserves to be credited... had it been a quote from someone I didn't like, I probably wouldn't have bothered...

On a more serious note... the euthanasia debate is going on for quite some time now in Belgium, and it seems they finally found a consensus about things. The Euthanasia-kit will be available for doctors only, for obvious reasons. When doctors do it, it is called euthanasia. When you do it, it is called first degree murder (and doctors allowed to do euthanasia is legit since a year or so in Belgium).
