I'm rather fond of artmagick.com... a lot of Symbolism, Art Noveau etc... not as good as it used to be but that's 'cos they're in the process of revamping it I think.

A lot of nice things to be found in DeviantArt sometimes, most of the artists are unknown/amateur/etc... so give it a try.
A blatant plug for a Belgian airbrush chick that went to the school where my GF is a teacher: Anubis Art
And the Swedish Lysator site is very nice, especially the 'Elfwood' section, with SF and fantasy art.
