London piercers...

OK... in my usual twisted logic I've decided the best way to get over heartache is to inflict some pain on myself..

So I;ve decided to get my eyebrow done finally... but! I can't have a conventional eyebrow piercing done as i wear glasses so I figured I'd go for a surface piercing about half an inch/an inch above me eyebrow..

Thing is I've not had anything pierced for well over 2/3 years and my usual piercer has vanished..

So can anyone recommend me a good piercer that won't cost me an arm and a leg?!?

oh yeah... and they have to be in London of course!

Ok, but why another piercing? Following your posts I thought having a bath was enough blood shed for you?

(actually i'm getting even more than my eyebrow done, going to get two small guage ones below the middle of my lower lip to form an inverted triangle with my current labrette piercing.. a metal goatee if you will...)

 I trust you'll keep us posted on your progress...

Edit: you obviously do...

Metal goatee sounds interesting, but: why the eyebrow and not the nose?

Regarding the piercing: why the eyebrow and not the nose?
lol.. unless I turn into a man machine first and go off on a machine to rust the world...

why eyebrow not nose... dunno... I think a nose piercing would interfere with my news years celebrations.. :innocent:

and cos I have to wear glasses a normal eyebrow piercing won't actually show, I figure a surface piercing on the side of my head about half an inch above glass frame height and as close as possible to the front of my face where the curve round beings would actually stand out more..

You'd think so wouldn't you? It really doesn't. Trust me. ;)

Even while mine was healing (way back when) I never had any problems with it on that... erm... score. :innocent:

um sorry

back to the eyebrow piercing and the use of glasses...why do you feel that the piercing won't stand out and be visable?...sure i can understand the rim of the glasses is around the eyebrow area...but most folks (self included) have slim lenses so should i wish to have facial piercings they would be highly visable...

there is a moment of thought here that says why not a triple ring piercing in your eyebrow...

lol... tell me bout it...

I'm already doubting my original plan...

Its now changed to two side of head/eyebrows instead and leaving my labrette/lip additions for now..

and as for specs.. I do have thin frames but I usually wear a cap, specially at this time of year so I need something that'll stand out between my specs and cap..

Good. A piercing in the nose looks far sexier imho than one in or near the eyebrow.

Besides: I've always thought that it was the eyes that were made to stand out between hair/cap and anything else people have/wear in their faces including specs...

I start sounding like my own mum.

Only problem is, is if I get a nose piercing done I'd want a metal flesh tunnel put in straight away... :|
